I used the fabric to recover an older couch that pulls out into a bed and to make pillows. I already had the pink couch. I happy with the result and everybody loves it! Freedom Velvet Fabric CTR-541 Used To Make A Coat By Ann
I thought you might like to see and share my own ‘customer creation’, especially as I don’t see any other clothing in the gallery. This Freedom Printed Velvet CTR-541 was exactly what I was looking for to make a unique coat for a rather posh family wedding, and I’m thrilled with the outcome. It’s a great weight fabric for a structured garment, and handled beautifully, with the added bonus that it doesn’t fray (the 100% silk lining was another story…). It also worked out about £1,200 cheaper than the Dries Van Noten coat I had my eye on! I’m so pleased with it that I’m contemplating a trouser suit in one of your other velvets.
